Inspired by the sea and the treasures found within, our Oyster Earrings are made for those who search for beauty and simplicity all at the same time. Available in 925 sterling silver and 925 sterling silver with 18k gold vermeil plating. Cubic Zirconia stone. Measures .75” and . 5” widest point.
Care Instructions
Each KAIALUNA piece was made for you with love and care. Though our pieces are made to be sturdy, we ask that you keep your sterling silver or gold vermeil plated pieces away from water, perfumes, lotions or cosmetics as this can tarnish metals over time. Store in a dry, cool place. Remember, if you never want to take your piece off (rain or shine) each piece can be made in solid gold. Please contact us directly for more information.
Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns on earrings pursuant to practicing the best hygiene standards. We also cannot accept returns for any made-to-order items. Regrettably, any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused or issued with a credit.
Please contact us directly and include your order number prior to returning your goods. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receipt, however during busy periods it may take us a little longer.
We are currently unable to cover the cost of returns. When sending your return, please include the text “return shipment to origin” on the outside of the parcel to ensure the goods are not held in customs or any other third party facility.
Shipping Policy
Your KAIALUNA order will be packed by hand, with love, and dispatched within 1-2 working days. We ship with our partners to ensure your order will arrive safely and without issue. Once you receive a tracking notification within 1-2 working days, you can track the progress of your order. Please note we do our best to ensure expeditious delivery, but cannot be held responsible for any delays or events caused by third parties or bad weather conditions.
