Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items returned within 14 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns on earrings pursuant to practicing the best hygiene standards. We also cannot accept returns for any made-to-order items. Regrettably, any returns received outside of the returns window will be refused or issued with a credit.
Please contact us directly and include your order number prior to returning your goods. Please also state the reason for your return, so we can ensure any related issue will not occur in the future. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receipt, however during busy periods it may take us a little longer.
We are currently unable to cover the cost of returns. When sending your return, please include the text “return shipment to origin” on the outside of the parcel to ensure the goods are not held in customs or any other third party facility.
